Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and, where possible, in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us using the contact details provided on our Contact page and include your order number.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Certain products may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law, including products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the applicable return conditions.
